SHORT FILM: ONE-MINUTE TIME MACHINE

Devon Avery's 'One-Minute Time Machine' is as much fun as it is ingenious. 

It begins with a guy sitting next to a girl, but it ends with a unique take on the implications of time travel.

In a brief 5 minutes runtime, Avery's film takes us on a hilarious ride as his protagonist goes back in time over and over in order to win the heart of a woman.

If there is one thing we can learn from Avery's film, it's that crafting the perfect encounter is impossible. 

We can't go back in time and filter when we were too crude for comfort or creeped out the girl next to us. If anything, the 'one' we're meant to be with will make even the worst encounter seem like the perfect meet. Or maybe it's the awkward encounters we remember the most.
