WATCH: TINASHE'S 'SUPERLOVE' MV GETS YOU FEELING SOME TYPE OF WAY

Tinashe's Superlove is Baywatch in disguise. 

Tinashe plays the part of the sexy lifeguard in her new music video. It's 80s Baywatch and we can't argue with that. The beach theme fits perfectly with the song, the relaxed and upbeat atmosphere coming together for a incredibly fun experience. Baywatch is nice and all, but the choregraphy wins here. 

Tinashe can MOVE, and by move, I mean move enough to send our hearts (and other parts of our body) ablaze. Director, Hannah Lux Davis does a fantastic job of making sure we can see Tinashe from every possible angle, and rightly so. My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough of it. More dancing, Tinashe! More! 

The music video for Tinashe’s Superlove will reel you in with its sexy summer aesthetic, stunning camerawork and superb choreography. Superlove is the first single off of Tinashe’s sophomore studio album, Joyride, and it is a certified b a n g e r. 

The song itself is upbeat, catchy and easy to dance to. Tinashe’s voice flows smoothly making listening to the verses feel incredibly satisfying. A particular highlight is the hook “You got me riding on that, riding on that, grinding up in this b***h” which is guaranteed to have you singing and dancing along every time. The chorus, however, whilst perfectly okay, is rather forgettable.

Overall, this is an incredibly fun song with a music video to boot. Have a watch and make your life just that little bit better.
